It's been 2 weeks since I got serious about my fitness journey, and this is the longest I've been consistent with my workouts and diet so far. Sobrang proud ako sa mga small wins—I've already lost 2 kilos! I've been consistent sa
calorie intake at workout routine ko since day 1. I've also stayed on track with my habit tracker, and napapansin ko na rin na unti-unti nang nagbabago ang lifestyle at habits ko. Napalitan na 'yung dating laging nagpo-
procrastinate, sobrang tagal mag- scroll sa social media, at poor time management. Looking forward to more positive and great changes in the coming days

I AM LOSING WEIGHT! That's a big win for me because for the longest time, I've tried and tried and nothing has worked consistently. I believe!!!
Also, I am challenging myself. I keep adjusting my strenght training to try and push myself to the limits. I've also worked on my meal planning to help with the accuracy of measure my calories and protein intake. The struggle on these aspects were definitely less this week. So hooooray for week 4!
